Sarah Is Sick

Hopefully it's nothing too serious, and it only just started presenting today.

I woke up this morning with lots of aches, respiratory mucus, and a lack of appetite. Today has just been kind of not-so-fun for me as far as health goes.

I borrowed a thermometer from my home teacher, Forest, and my temperature is only slightly elevated. Hopefully it stays that way, but it could just be because of the acetaminophen that I took earlier.

My other roommates have been coughing for the past week, so I'm sure that whatever it is that I have, I got it from them.

Nothing much has been new with me. Just a lot of school and busy stuff.

I'm really looking forward to Thanksgiving Break. I hope that I'll have recovered from whatever-itis by then.

Nature is Lazy

And so am I, apparently.

Right now I am on the second floor of the HBLL (BYU's library) supposedly studying. I'm supposed to be getting ready for my Anatomy Lecture midterm that was postponed from Wednesday to Friday. I just finished going over the Endocrine System, and decided to take a little break since I haven't posted anything in a while.

This weekend I decided to spend Halloween with Becca and Simon up in Salt Lake City. Simon dressed up as a devil and we all went trick-or-treating together. He got sick of wearing his mask, so I carried it for him while he went to all of the houses. Becca carried most of the candy. :P

After trick-or-treating, Simon and I decided to watch The Nightmare Before Christmas while Becca went to spend some time with her friends at a Halloween party. Less than halfway through the movie, we both got very tired and decided to start playing Wii. We soon tired of Wii and decided to go to bed. It was probably the earliest I've been to bed in a long time, but I was exhausted.

I probably should have studied more over the weekend, but I didn't. Sunday I went over to the Babcocks' for dinner and then went with Steven and his friend Alysa to the YSA fireside. It was a very good fireside and I enjoyed President Uchtdorf's talk considerably.

Anyways... not a whole lot has been going on in my life since the last time I posted except for schoolwork and the normal day-to-day things. I'm planning on taking a martial arts class in the Winter, and maybe Ice Hockey as well... but the Ice Hockey class has a fee, and I don't think the martial arts class does, so I probably will end up dropping Ice Hockey. I thought it would be a fun way to exercise, though... so we'll see.

I should get back to studying Anatomy.

Love!
